There are plenty of choices in the market but the two main ones I'm considering are: 100% Whey protein and Muscle Milk. There are several articles highlighting the difference between the two:

I think I'll go for Whey Protein because:
- Easier to digest
- Low calories, carbohydrates, saturated fat per serving
- More grams of protein per serving
- Vanilla flavor works for me
- Don't need to build muscle mass, prefer lean muscle
- Prefer to have a meal instead of a substitute
Cons
- Has more sodium so will have to adjust my diet accordingly
- Clump/clot in milk or water, needs more dissolving time
